He earned his Master of Business Administration (Leadership) from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS, between 2019 and 2021. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Respiratory Therapy at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB, in 2014-2015. His educational journey began at La Cité Collégiale in Ottawa, ON, where he obtained an Advanced Diploma of Respiratory Therapy from 2009 to 2012. Currently serving as Director of Clinical Service (Medicine, Family Medicine, Rehab) at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (2024–Present), he leads healthcare transformation across multiple hospitals and health centers. Previously, he was a Leadership Resident at WRHA (2023–2024), working closely with the CEO on strategic health projects. As Director of Innovation at Centre de Santé – St. Boniface (2022–2023), he spearheaded initiatives to enhance patient care. He is also a Sessional Instructor at the University of Manitoba (2022–Present) and has held key roles in clinical education and healthcare technology with Masimo Canada, Zoll Medical, and Shared Health Manitoba. With expertise in respiratory therapy, neonatal and pediatric critical care, and healthcare innovation, he continues to shape the future of patient care and medical education.
