Ahmed Aberqi holds a Habilitation to Direct Research in Mathematics, specializing in Partial Differential Equations and Optimal Control, awarded by the National School of Applied Sciences, Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in September 2019. His habilitation report focused on the Control of Fractional Differential Equations: Theory & Applications, demonstrating his expertise in this advanced area of mathematics.

He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics with a specialization in Partial Differential Equations from the Faculty of Sciences, Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, where he completed his thesis on Renormalized and Entropy Solutions for Nonlinear PDEs and Coupled Systems between November 2012 and November 2014. Additionally, he obtained his M.Sc. in Mathematics with a focus on Mathematics, Informatics, and Applications in 2011, presenting a thesis on Boundary Value Problems in Variable Exponents Spaces.

Ahmed Aberqi is a Tenured Assistant Professor at the National School of Applied Sciences (ENSA) of Fez, where he has been teaching since November 2016. He specializes in courses such as Analysis I & II, Algebra I & II, Numerical Analysis, and Mathematics for Engineers, fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts among his students. Additionally, he served as a Part-time Professor at Euromed University of Fez from September 2021 to January 2022, where he taught Real Analysis and Integral Calculus. His teaching experience also includes a role at the High School of Technology from September 2019 to January 2021, focusing on Analysis I & II and Algebra.

Beyond his teaching duties, Aberqi has been actively involved as an Assistant in the Laboratory of Mathematics Analysis & Applications (LAMA) since 2011.
