Dr. El Mokhtar El Hafidi is a Civil Protection Captain and researcher at the Laboratory of Engineering Sciences for Energy (LabSIPE), Chouaïb Doukkali University, El Jadida, Morocco, specializing in renewable energy applications for wastewater recovery, sustainable materials, and environmental risk management. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Physics and Energy Engineering and has led and contributed to six major research projects focused on renewable energy integration, eco-efficient wastewater treatment, and the valorization of industrial by-products for civil engineering. Dr. El Hafidi has published 18 peer-reviewed scientific papers in indexed journals and delivered 12 oral communications at international conferences, reflecting his active engagement in the scientific community. Deborah Ishaku is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Climate Change and Human Habitat through the West African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL). She holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Management (2019) from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. She earned her B.Sc. in Geography, Second Class Upper Division (2014) from Gombe State University, Nigeria. In 2021, she completed a Certificate in French Language Training from the University of Lome, Togo, which enhances her language skills and global communication. Additionally, Deborah holds a Senior Secondary School Certificate (2008) and a First School Leaving Certificate (2002), providing a solid academic foundation for her career.
