Dr. Ramazan Lok is a physicist specializing in semiconductor materials, microelectronic device fabrication, nanostructures, thin-film technologies, and advanced radiation and temperature sensor development. His expertise spans the production and characterization of semiconductor nanocrystals, RadFETs, NürFETs, dosimeters, biosensors, and high-performance temperature and pressure sensors. He has contributed extensively to projects involving MOS-based radiation sensors, GaN photodetectors for aerospace applications, boron-layered transistors for neutron detection, and high-efficiency photovoltaic and solar cell technologies. His research also supports national initiatives on nuclear radiation detector infrastructure and domestic sensor production.
