Mrs. Marta Cuenca is an Investigadora no Doctora at the Universitat de València, working in Preventive Medicine, Public Health, Food Science, Toxicology, and Legal Medicine. She holds a degree in Gastronomic Sciences and a Master’s in Nutrition with outstanding academic performance, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Food Science.
