He adopts a proactive approach to surgery, consistently striving for improvement, with experience enriched through multiple audits and quality improvement projects, national and international presentations, peer-reviewed research publications, and ongoing studies aimed at advancing surgical knowledge and patient outcomes. He possesses strong statistical proficiency, with the ability to conduct diverse quantitative analyses to support evidence-based research.
