Previously, she worked as a Senior R&D specialist at Shoraka Segane Company, Tehran, Iran (2022-2023), where she developed thermoplastic elastomers (TPE-PP/SEBS) for various industrial applications. Her expertise extends to the design of polyolefin compounds for automotive applications, a role she undertook as an R&D Researcher at Automotive Compounding Company, Tehran, Iran (2021-2022).

From 2016 to 2019, she contributed to the synthesis of polymer processing aid additives and rheological studies on molten polyolefins at Petrochemical Research & Technology Co. (NPC-RT), Tehran, Iran. She also gained experience as a Supervisor at Marun Petrochemical Company (MPC) (2015-2016), where she worked on compounding polypropylene with novel antioxidants and mechanical property characterization. Before his academic research career, Dr. Ahmed worked in the industrial sector as a Process Engineer at Al Assad for Billet Manufacturing, Sudan (2018-2019), where he managed steel production, quality control, and furnace operations. He also served as a Shift Engineer at Al Assad’s Limestone Plant (2018), supervising production teams and optimizing equipment performance. His combined experience in research and industry allows him to bridge scientific innovation with practical applications in chemical engineering and materials science.
