📚 Education
🎓Prof. Thami Zeghloul pursued his academic journey in mechanical engineering at the University of Poitiers, where he earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1985. Building on his strong foundation, he completed his MS in Mechanical Engineering in 1987, graduating with honors. His passion for advanced research led him to obtain a PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 1992, earning first-class honors for his contributions to the field. In recognition of his continuous academic growth and interdisciplinary expertise, he later achieved a Habilitation in Electrical Engineering in 2022, further solidifying his credentials as a leading expert in mechanical and electrical systems.

Prof. Thami Zeghloul has had a distinguished career in mechanical engineering, combining teaching, research, and leadership. Since 2022, he has served as a Full Professor at the University of Poitiers, following 27 years as an Associate Professor (1995-2022). His leadership roles include Director of the University Institute of Technology (IUT) in Angoulême from 2007 to 2017, where he played a key role in advancing academic programs and institutional development. Prior to this, he led the Quality, Industrial Logistics, and Organization Department at IUT Angoulême (2002-2007). Alongside his academic responsibilities, Prof. Zeghloul is an active researcher at the PPRIME Institute (UPR 3346, CNRS-Université de Poitiers-ISAE/ENSMA), where he contributes to cutting-edge studies in triboelectricity and electrostatic separation.
