Prof. Lee Jia is a highly accomplished pharmacologist with a strong academic foundation, earning his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the State University of New York under Nobel Laureate Robert F. Furchgott and completing postdoctoral research at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. He currently serves as Distinguished Professor at The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University and has held key leadership roles including Director of the Marine Drug R&D Center at Minjiang University and founding director of a cancer metastasis research center at Fuzhou University. His international career includes senior scientific positions at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, and collaborations with institutions such as University of Geneva and Technological University Dublin. He is widely recognized for contributions to pharmacology, toxicology, nanomedicine, and cancer research, earning distinctions such as Fellow of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, Fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences, and selection among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier.
