Mr. Miho Park serves as a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Advanced Engineering (IAE), specializing in the design and optimization of wind turbines and wind farms. His research focuses on advanced floating offshore wind technologies, integrating innovative engineering solutions with AI-driven methodologies. He has contributed to numerous projects involving offshore wind farm feasibility, wind resource assessment, and optimization design strategies. His work includes the development of large-scale floating offshore wind turbine systems, ranging from mid-capacity models to next-generation 25MW reference systems. He is also actively involved in designing modular, expandable floating wind hubs for large-scale energy deployment. A key area of his innovation is the development of high-reliability floating LiDAR systems and motion correction algorithms using artificial intelligence. His expertise extends to mixed turbine wind farm control systems and digital information platforms for offshore energy infrastructure.
