Mr. Miho Park serves as a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Advanced Engineering (IAE), specializing in the design and optimization of wind turbines and wind farms. His research focuses on advanced floating offshore wind technologies, integrating innovative engineering solutions with AI-driven methodologies. He has contributed to numerous projects involving offshore wind farm feasibility, wind resource assessment, and optimization design strategies. His work includes the development of large-scale floating offshore wind turbine systems, ranging from mid-capacity models to next-generation 25MW reference systems. He is also actively involved in designing modular, expandable floating wind hubs for large-scale energy deployment. A key area of his innovation is the development of high-reliability floating LiDAR systems and motion correction algorithms using artificial intelligence. His expertise extends to mixed turbine wind farm control systems and digital information platforms for offshore energy infrastructure. In addition, he has contributed to global renewable energy optimization initiatives, including PV-balance of system integration. He has also undertaken multiple consultancy and industry projects related to wind farm feasibility, wake effect analysis, and performance optimization. His contributions are supported by patented technologies in floating LiDAR systems and wind resource measurement methods. Overall, his work advances efficient, scalable, and intelligent offshore wind energy solutions.

Prof. Dr. Dimitrinka Nikolova is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Catalysis, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia, with extensive expertise in heterogeneous catalysis and hydrogen energy technologies. Since 2016, he has led the development and industrial implementation of non-noble and base metal anodic catalysts for alkaline fuel cells, alongside advancing cathode catalysts for green ammonia synthesis and bifunctional HER/OER systems. He currently serves as Project Manager of national and international clean hydrogen initiatives, including projects under the Bulgarian National Recovery and Sustainability Plan and collaborations with GenCell Ltd., Israel. As President of the Bulgarian Catalysis Society and member of the Executive Board of the HITMOBIL Centre of Competence, he actively contributes to clean energy innovation and policy-oriented research. His work focuses on nano-sized supported metal and oxide catalysts for environmental protection, hydrogen production, CO conversion, methanation, and sustainable fuel technologies. With a PhD in Chemistry and decades of research experience, he is also a reviewer for leading international journals in catalysis, energy, and hydrogen technologies.
