Mr. Rerhrhaye Badr is an electrical engineer specializing in energy systems, conversion technologies, and sustainable development, holding a Master’s degree in “Énergie électrique, conversion, matériaux et développement durable” from INP Toulouse & Université Paul Sabatier (2021–2022) and an Ingénieur d’État diploma in Génie Électrique from ENSAM Rabat (2019–2021). His professional experience spans academia, healthcare infrastructure, and industrial environments, reflecting a strong balance of technical, managerial, and instructional expertise. As an Enseignant Vacataire at EST-Salé (2023–2024), he delivered courses, TDs, and TPs in solar installation maintenance and electrical systems while supervising 127 final-year projects across Génie Électrique, Informatique Industrielle, Génie Industriel, and Maintenance. In 2023, he served as Project Manager for Hôpital Avicenne Marrakech, leading the design and implementation of a 220 kWc self-consumption solar system, including load-profile analysis, equipment selection, and photovoltaic field dimensioning. His final-year internship at SAFRAN Tech Paris-Saclay (2022) focused on BCI testing for energy-conversion chains and the automation of a LabView-based test bench. From 2014 to 2019, he was Adjoint Chef de Service at HMIMV in Rabat, responsible for maintaining critical electrical and medical equipment in collaboration with Siemens, GE, T2S, and other major firms, following five years (2009–2014) as Chef de Projet overseeing large-scale electrical network renovations and the installation of ten MT/BT transformer stations.
