Mr. Rerhrhaye Badr is an electrical engineer specializing in energy systems, conversion technologies, and sustainable development, holding a Master’s degree in “Énergie électrique, conversion, matériaux et développement durable” from INP Toulouse & Université Paul Sabatier (2021–2022) and an Ingénieur d’État diploma in Génie Électrique from ENSAM Rabat (2019–2021).
