Dr. Jowita Trzcielinska is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Engineering, Poznań University of Technology, in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business Communication. She earned her PhD in 2017, with a doctoral dissertation focused on opportunity identification in small and medium-sized enterprises. Her research interests span sustainability, circular economy implementation, business ecosystems, strategic management, and opportunity theory, with publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, including Sustainability and the European Research Studies Journal. She has participated in an NCBR-funded research project on developing an innovative management system for an Intelligent Autonomous Environment and has extensive experience in consultancy and industry projects, including a professional internship in the plastics processing sector. Dr. Trzcielińska is a co-author of academic books in strategic management and business analysis and is a member of the Scientific Society for Organization and Management (TNOiK). Dr. Xinyu Liu earned a Ph.D. in Management (Agricultural Economics and Management) from Peking University in 2023, with a dissertation on the impact of E-commerce on sales and consumption behavior of rural residents under the supervision of Prof. Jikun Huang, and a B.E. in Economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, supervised by Prof. Zekai He. Her research spans microeconomics, development economics, and finance, focusing on e-commerce, consumption, entrepreneurship, housing demolition, and cross-shareholding phenomena in China. She has practical research experience leading the China Rural Revitalization Strategic Data Platform project and participating in studies on smart agriculture and rural E-commerce development. She held postdoctoral appointments at China International Capital Corporation (CICC) Global Institute–Fudan University (2023–2025, cross-shareholding and firm innovation) and was a short-term consultant at the World Bank on fertility preference (2024). Dr. Liu has presented at numerous national and international conferences, including the ASAE 2021 (Best Paper Award) and the Peking University Modern Agriculture Doctoral Student Forum (Best Report Award). She has contributed to research reports on AI economics, embodied intelligent investment, and government auction fund mechanisms for emerging industries. Her work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Peking University Second-Class Scholarship for Doctoral Students in Modern Agriculture (2022), YingWenTe Scholarship First Prize (2020), and the National Scholarship (2017), among others. Assistant Professor Dr. Sergey Glazyrin is a distinguished scholar and expert in industrial heat power engineering, energy efficiency, and environmental technologies. He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Heat Power from S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University and in Finance and Credit from the Institute of Modern Business, Moscow, along with a Ph.D. (Candidate of Technical Sciences, 2004) in Industrial Heat Power. Over his extensive career, Dr. Glazyrin has combined academic excellence with industrial innovation, serving in key academic roles including Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Heat Power Engineering at both L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University. He has led numerous national and international projects focused on heat power systems, renewable energy integration, wastewater reuse, and emission reduction technologies. His applied research has contributed to energy strategies and environmental sustainability in Kazakhstan, including projects under Samruk-Energo, Kazakhmys Energy LLP, and Eurasian Energy Corporation JSC. Dr. Glazyrin is also an active technical expert for Kazakhstan’s Science Fund and International Center for Green Technologies, providing high-level evaluations of energy efficiency initiatives. His research has resulted in over 45 scientific publications, accumulating more than 420 citations and an h-index of 11, reflecting his impact in the fields of thermal energy systems, environmental protection, and power plant optimization. His achievements also include innovative patents, development of national building and energy regulations, and leadership in technology commercialization and dual education programs. Prof. Dr. Fengxiang Zhu is a distinguished researcher in Microbiology and Agricultural Resource Utilization, currently serving at the Institute of Environment, Resource, Soil and Fertilizer, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. A graduate of Zhejiang University’s School of Life Sciences, he has devoted his career to sustainable agriculture, waste resource utilization, and environmental protection. Recognized as a Zhejiang Province “151” Talent Project (Second Level) scholar and a National Green and Low-Carbon Science and Technology Service Expert in Animal Husbandry, he has made pioneering contributions to livestock waste recycling and pollution reduction. Prof. Zhu serves as Vice Leader of the Livestock Waste Resource Utilization Group in Zhejiang’s Agricultural Technology Extension Service Team and holds key roles in several national and provincial environmental committees.
