Dr. Ahmad Hazim Abdul Aziz is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, specializing in green extraction technologies with a strong background in Chemical Engineering. His work focuses on supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, subcritical water extraction, optimization, and mathematical modelling for high-value natural products.
