Dr. Vaibhav Mishra is an accomplished academic and researcher with expertise in management, information systems, digital transformation, and consumer behavior. He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (2011–2017), an MBA in IT & Operations from IIIT Allahabad (2009–2011), and a B.Tech from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (2005–2009). He has been serving as an Associate Professor at IBS Hyderabad since January 2023, after working as Assistant Professor at IBS Hyderabad (2017–2022) and SRM University, Uttar Pradesh (2014–2017). Over his career, he has actively contributed to international and national conferences including IIM Kozhikode, IIM Nagpur, IIM Raipur, SPJIMR Mumbai, Osmania University, and IMT Hyderabad, with several papers presented between 2018 and 2023, some earning recognition such as the “Best Conference Paper” Award at the IIM Kozhikode Conclave on Globalizing Indian Thought in 2021. In addition, he has taken on editorial responsibilities as Guest Editor for special issues such as International Journal of Electronic Government Research (Scopus, WoS, ABDC-C). Prof. Dr. Chih-Hsien Hsia is a Distinguished Professor at National Ilan University (2024 – Present) and serves as the Executive Director of the AI Promotion Office at the same institution. He is also the Director of the AIoX Research Center at National Ilan University (2024 – Present).
