Dr. Katarzyna Brozek, Doctor of Social Sciences in Economics and Finance, has been a faculty member at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce since 2020 and has served as Deputy Director for Education at the Institute of Management since 2024. A scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, she is a founding member of the Polish Economic Society (PTE) Radom branch and a participant in the EFC Academy. She has authored six monographs and over 100 articles and book chapters indexed in WoS, Scopus, Copac, DOAJ, and SCIRESCO databases. Her research focuses on the competitiveness of enterprises, innovation, digitalization, and corporate social responsibility, and she has led projects including COST Action SHiFT, the Visegrad Fund Project on future logistics competences, and the ‘Career Creator’ initiative at Jan Kochanowski University. Her publications examine enterprise innovativeness, sustainable development, and the impact of digital transformation on organizational growth, particularly in the Visegrad Group countries. Her monographs provide analytical frameworks for assessing innovation capacity, highlight key digitalization trends, and advocate socially responsible management practices.
