Dr. Muhammad Waleed Ayub Ghouri holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from UESTC and currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at Zhejiang University of Technology. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sucheta Agarwal is an accomplished researcher and academic with a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, specializing in women entrepreneurship and competency development, supported by strong qualifications including UGC-NET, MBA in Human Resource Development, and B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control. She has supervised multiple doctoral candidates, with three PhD scholars already awarded and five currently under her supervision. She serves as Associate Editor for Business Strategy and Development and the Cureus Journal of Business and Economics, and as Senior Editor for the Electronic Journal of Information Systems in Developing Countries. A highly active trainer and consultant, she has led and delivered numerous national and international workshops, FDPs, conferences, and research methodology programs funded by bodies such as ICSSR and NRC.
