Currently, he serves as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Burundi, Department of Journalism and Communication, and previously worked as a news reporter covering politics, justice, international relations, security, and social issues at Le Renouveau du Burundi. He was selected by the China Scholarship Council for postgraduate studies in China and received the Best News Story Writer award from the Chinese Embassy, Burundi, in the 2nd International China-Africa News Story Writing Competition. His research includes a Ph.D. thesis on digital diplomacy agendas of the U.S. and China and public engagement in Africa, presentations at international conferences on intelligent communication and health governance, and studies on embassy digital diplomacy in Nepal. He has actively participated in China-Africa dialogues and leadership programs on poverty alleviation, development, and future relations between China and Africa.

Mr. Peter Negyesi began his university studies at Eszterházy Karoly University in 2014, earning a degree in mathematics in 2017, followed by qualifications in secondary school mathematics teaching and primary school computer science teaching in 2020, and later a secondary school computer science (digital culture) teaching degree in 2024. He has been actively engaged in scientific student research since his studies, achieving a special prize at the XXXV OTDK in 2021 after success at the 2020 institutional TDK. He started his doctoral studies in September 2020 in the Digital Pedagogy program of the Doctoral School of Education at Eszterházy Károly Catholic University and has been a scholarship student since September 2021, while also receiving the New National Excellence Program (ÚNKP) Doctoral Research Scholarship in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic years. His doctoral research has been recognized through several national and international awards, including the Best Publication Award at the 2023 “Multimedia in Education” conference and multiple prizes at Spring Wind conferences and the HERA Best Poster competition. Since September 2015, he has worked as a mathematics and computer science teacher at Tiszagyendai Primary School, completed accredited Complex Basic Program teacher training, and since September 2022 has served as an external lecturer at the Departments of Mathematics and Computer Science at Eszterházy Károly Catholic University. He is actively involved in professional organizations such as the National Association of Doctoral Students, the János Neumann Computer Science Society, ATEE, and the Hungarian Association of Education and Training Researchers, regularly contributing as a speaker to promote digital pedagogy and educational technology.
