Dr. Sarika Keswani earned her PhD from Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune in 2020. She holds an MBA in Finance from IGNOU, Delhi (2010), an MPhil in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (2009), and an MCom from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (2005). Additionally, she completed her BCom at Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2003. Dr. Keswani finished her Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from the M.P. Board in 2000 and her Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from the M.P. Board in 1998.

Dr. Sarika Keswani is an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Nagpur, a position she has held since 2020. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Professor at Gitarattan International Business School, New Delhi from 2018 to 2020, ITM University, Gwalior from 2013 to 2018, and ITM Universe, Gwalior from 2009 to 2013. She began her academic career as a Lecturer at Boston College, Gwalior from 2008 to 2009.
