Ms. Monika Balayan is a distinguished psychologist, scientific innovator, and founder of three original therapeutic systems Laughter Therapy, the MNEURO Method, and Brain Galaxy each uniting emotional regulation, neuroscience, and multimodal activation. With over 30 years of professional experience, she leads interdisciplinary projects connecting psychology, neurophysiology, and education while collaborating with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Orbeli Institute of Physiology, and 15 research laboratories in Armenia. Her pioneering MNEURO Method is a multimodal brain activation system combining visual, auditory, and kinesthetic channels for enhanced emotional regulation and focus, while Brain Galaxy applies EEG-based consulting techniques to assess and optimize brain activity in applied contexts. Through MNEURO Video Programs, she developed structured audiovisual protocols based on EMDR principles recognized by WHO, APA, NICE, and the U.S. Department of Defense integrating neuroplasticity and emotional balance for therapeutic and educational use.
