Dr. Laetitia Gahimbare is a medical doctor specialized in Clinical Pathology and Epidemiology with over 20 years of experience in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance, laboratory systems strengthening, and public health preparedness across Africa. She currently serves as Technical Officer for AMR Surveillance, Evidence and Laboratory Strengthening at the WHO Regional Office for Africa, providing strategic and hands-on leadership to 47 Member States. A recognized expert in GLASS implementation, AMR/AMU surveillance, laboratory quality management, and One Health approaches, she has extensive experience translating surveillance data into policy-relevant evidence. Her work spans post-outbreak recovery, AMR simulation exercises, capacity building, and multisectoral coordination, with numerous contributions to regional reports, peer-reviewed publications, and policy briefs.

Ms. Monika Balayan is a distinguished psychologist, scientific innovator, and founder of three original therapeutic systems Laughter Therapy, the MNEURO Method, and Brain Galaxy each uniting emotional regulation, neuroscience, and multimodal activation. With over 30 years of professional experience, she leads interdisciplinary projects connecting psychology, neurophysiology, and education while collaborating with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Orbeli Institute of Physiology, and 15 research laboratories in Armenia. Her pioneering MNEURO Method is a multimodal brain activation system combining visual, auditory, and kinesthetic channels for enhanced emotional regulation and focus, while Brain Galaxy applies EEG-based consulting techniques to assess and optimize brain activity in applied contexts. Through MNEURO Video Programs, she developed structured audiovisual protocols based on EMDR principles recognized by WHO, APA, NICE, and the U.S. Department of Defense integrating neuroplasticity and emotional balance for therapeutic and educational use. Her book Hypersaznanie (2024, ISBN: 978-954-398-824-2) presents the theoretical and practical foundation of her methods, merging science, presence, and transformation. Monika has also established the MNEURO Academy, an educational and scientific platform for training, consulting, and disseminating neurocognitive methods in psychology and pedagogy.
