Dr. Shibel Ageel is a dedicated and multilingual medical doctor educated at the Medical Faculty of Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad, graduating in June 2024 as one of the top-ranking students. He has gained broad and diverse clinical experience across Croatia, Serbia, and Tunisia, completing rotations in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, general and abdominal surgery, and demonstrating strong technical and diagnostic skills consistently praised by senior surgeons. His passion for surgery, research, and teaching is evident through active participation and poster presentations at numerous medical conferences, including the Osijek Student Congress (OSCON 2020–2024), SaMED 2020 in Sarajevo, and IMSCNS 2019 in Novi Sad. Dr. Ageel has authored and co-authored five peer-reviewed publications including studies and case reports in the MDPI Journal and other indexed medical journals, covering topics such as septoplasty outcomes, fetal tuberous sclerosis, gastric trichobezoars, uterine prolapse, and prurigo diabeticorum.
