Born in September 1983 in Shenyang, Liaoning, Meng Fanxing embarked on her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics, demonstrating early dedication to the field of aeronautical engineering. Meng began her career in March 2009 as an Engineer in the System Strength Room of the Shenyang Aircraft Design and Research Institute.
