Abstract

Seongjai kim, affiliated with Mississippi State University, is presented as a mathematics researcher in the supplied academic record. The profile identifies 71 documents, 894 citations, and an h-index of 14 through Scopus, providing measurable indicators of scholarly productivity and citation influence. His academic recognition is considered within the context of the International Invention Awards and the Best Researcher Award. The available information supports an evidence-based overview of research activity, bibliometric visibility, and institutional affiliation. This article summarizes the supplied profile using neutral academic language while distinguishing documented metrics from broader interpretations of scholarly contribution and recognition. [1]

Keywords

Seongjai kim; Mathematics; Mississippi State University; Researcher Profile; Bibliometrics; Scholarly Publications; Citation Impact; h-index; Scopus; Academic Recognition; Best Researcher Award; International Invention Awards.

Introduction

Academic researcher profiles commonly combine institutional affiliation, publication activity, citation measures, and subject classification to provide a concise representation of scholarly work. In the supplied record, Seongjai kim is associated with Mississippi State University and the subject area of Mathematics. Scopus-based indicators identify 71 documents, 894 citations, and an h-index of 14. Such measures can help describe research visibility, although bibliometric indicators should be interpreted alongside the quality, context, and significance of individual scholarly contributions. [1]

Research Profile

The supplied profile places Seongjai kim within Mathematics and identifies Mississippi State University as the institutional affiliation. The available bibliometric record indicates sustained publication activity, represented by 71 documents, together with 894 citations and an h-index of 14. These figures establish a measurable research profile but do not, by themselves, specify individual research topics, methodologies, or the intellectual contribution of particular publications. [1]

Research Contributions

Based on the supplied information, the principal documented contribution is reflected through the volume and citation reach of the research record. Seventy-one indexed documents indicate a substantial body of scholarly output, while 894 citations demonstrate that the associated publications have received measurable academic attention. A fuller assessment of specific mathematical contributions would require examination of individual publications, research themes, collaborations, and methodological advances. [1]

Publications

The Scopus record supplied for Seongjai kim reports 71 documents. This publication count provides a quantitative indication of indexed scholarly activity but does not provide sufficient information to identify the titles, journals, publication years, authorship patterns, or specific mathematical subjects represented in the record. Publication-level evaluation should therefore be conducted using the underlying bibliographic entries and their corresponding scholarly sources. [1]

Research Impact

The supplied metrics indicate measurable citation visibility for the research record. A total of 894 citations and an h-index of 14 provide complementary indicators: the citation count reflects aggregate citation activity, while the h-index reflects the relationship between publication output and citations across qualifying publications. These indicators can support an assessment of scholarly reach, although they should not be treated as standalone measures of research quality or societal impact. [1] [2]

Award Suitability

For the Best Researcher Award associated with the International Invention Awards, the supplied academic indicators provide relevant evidence for consideration. The documented record of 71 documents, 894 citations, and an h-index of 14 demonstrates sustained scholarly activity and measurable citation engagement. Final award suitability should nevertheless incorporate publication quality, originality, research significance, professional contributions, and the specific evaluation criteria established by the awarding organization. [1] [3]

Conclusion

The supplied profile identifies Seongjai kim of Mississippi State University as a Mathematics researcher with 71 documents, 894 citations, and an h-index of 14 in Scopus. These indicators provide a concise quantitative basis for describing scholarly activity and citation visibility. Within an award-review context, the metrics may contribute to an evidence-based assessment, while publication-level quality, originality, research relevance, and broader academic contributions remain important considerations.
