In parallel, she holds the position of Head Midwife at Dr. Constantin Andreoiu County Emergency Hospital since 2022, overseeing maternity care and ensuring the highest standards in obstetric practice.

Dr. Muhammad Farhan Qadir completed his PhD in Veterinary Medicine from Shanxi Agricultural University, China, in 2022. His doctoral research investigated the role of prostaglandins and apoptosis pathways in erythrocytes of chickens infected with the H9N2 virus and Escherichia coli. Prior to his PhD, he obtained an MPhil in Pathology from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan, in 2017, where he studied the epidemiological status of Mycoplasma gallisepticum in layer chicks.

Dr. Qadir also holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, earned in 2015. His academic journey began with his completion of intermediate studies in Pre-Medical from the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Bahawalpur in 2010 and matriculation in Science in 2007 from the same board.

Dr. Muhammad Farhan Qadir is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Life Science, Shanxi University, China, where he conducts research in biological and biochemical engineering, focusing on metal nanoparticle synthesis and influenza detection. Since 2023, he has been actively involved in advancing scientific knowledge in these areas. In addition, Dr. Qadir serves as an editor for Markhor: The Journal of Zoology, Lahore, starting from April 2024, and has been a reviewer for leading scientific platforms such as Elsevier, Science Direct, Clarivate, and Scopus since 2023, having reviewed over 15 SCI journal articles.

Prior to his postdoctoral work, Dr. Qadir was a Research Assistant at Shanxi Agricultural University from 2018 to 2022, where he contributed to research on poultry diseases, including avian influenza, E. coli, and Mycoplasma infections. He also gained valuable research experience as a Master's Student Researcher at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan (2015–2017), where he conducted necropsy, hematological screening, molecular diagnosis, and histopathological studies on poultry diseases.
