Prior to his Ph.D., Ridha earned a Master of Research in Electrical Engineering from ENSIT (2012-2014), where he specialized in sliding mode control for photovoltaic-wind hybrid systems. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and Automation from ENSIT, obtained in 2011.

Ridha Benadli is currently an ATER (Attaché Temporaire d’Enseignement et de Recherche) and researcher at the Central School of Lille in France, where he teaches electrical engineering courses and supervises electric vehicle projects. Prior to this, he was an ATER/researcher at the IUT of Saint-Nazaire (2023-2024), where he led energy management projects at the IRRENA Lab with a focus on renewable energy conversion. In 2023, he served as a teacher-researcher at IUT1 in Grenoble, France, instructing courses in industrial automation, digital filtering, and electrical machines while conducting research in energy conversion at G2Elab.
